Dubai Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:

200g dark chocolate

200g milk chocolate

100ml cream (preferably 30% fat)

50g butter
-
1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

A pinch of salt
Instructions:

Melt the Chocolate:

Break the dark and milk chocolate into small pieces and combine them in a bowl.

Heat the cream in a small saucepan, but do not let it boil. It only needs to be hot.

Pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Let it sit for a few minutes and then stir until the chocolate completely melts.

Add Butter and Other Ingredients:

Once the chocolate has fully melted, add the butter and stir until it melts as well.

Optionally, add honey for a hint of sweetness and vanilla extract for extra aroma.

A pinch of salt will enhance the flavor of the chocolate.

Mix Well:

Stir all the ingredients thoroughly until you get a smooth and silky consistency.

Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Shape the Chocolate:

Once the mixture has thickened a bit, pour it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly.

You can add crushed nuts, dried fruits, or any toppings of your choice on top of the chocolate mixture.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to let it firm up.

Serve:

After the chocolate has completely cooled and hardened, cut it into desired-sized pieces.
