Dubai Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate

  • 200g milk chocolate

  • 100ml cream (preferably 30% fat)

  • 50g butter

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt the Chocolate:

    • Break the dark and milk chocolate into small pieces and combine them in a bowl.

    • Heat the cream in a small saucepan, but do not let it boil. It only needs to be hot.

    • Pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Let it sit for a few minutes and then stir until the chocolate completely melts.

  2. Add Butter and Other Ingredients:

    • Once the chocolate has fully melted, add the butter and stir until it melts as well.

    • Optionally, add honey for a hint of sweetness and vanilla extract for extra aroma.

    • A pinch of salt will enhance the flavor of the chocolate.

  3. Mix Well:

    • Stir all the ingredients thoroughly until you get a smooth and silky consistency.

    • Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

  4. Shape the Chocolate:

    • Once the mixture has thickened a bit, pour it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly.

    • You can add crushed nuts, dried fruits, or any toppings of your choice on top of the chocolate mixture.

    • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to let it firm up.

  5. Serve:

    • After the chocolate has completely cooled and hardened, cut it into desired-sized pieces.

    • Serve chilled.
